Class MWGC Willow Arch - December 2025
Class MWGC have been incredibly busy and worked together brilliantly to install a living willow arch in our Sensory and Reflection Garden. This exciting new feature was purchased using money raised through our recent fundraising efforts – a wonderful example of how our school community comes together to create something lasting
The pupils showed fantastic teamwork, perseverance and care as they helped position and plant the willow, learning first-hand how living structures grow and change over time. The arch is an important part of the ongoing development of the Sensory and Reflection Garden, a space designed to support calm, well-being and connection with nature
As the seasons change, the willow arch will begin to grow and flourish, producing a beautiful green structure in the spring. We look forward to watching it develop and become a peaceful, leafy entrance for pupils to enjoy for many years to come.
